Meet Carolyn

Carolyn Thigpen is a native Georgian (USA) who loves to watch God work. She loves admiring His handiwork while taking long walks at a nearby park or across Israel when God sends her there.  Carolyn is one of five siblings whose parents modeled a love of reading.  Playing in the ten-acre woods behind her house was a highlight for all the neighborhood children.  Chasing lightening bugs in the summer evenings and eating lemon slices coated in sugar after supper are childhood memory delights. 

High school and college sports came and went.  A two-year stint as a loss auditor for an insurance agency morphed into a thirty-nine-year profession teaching high school mathematics.  No longer in the classroom, Carolyn enjoys time with family and friends, encouraging fellow travelers along life’s journey, and watching God at work!
